Things to note...

1. Warm up before an activity. You don't want to get injured!

2. Steps can be tracked using any phone, watch or activity tracking device

3. Logging a run, cycle, HIIT or land training is a time based activity.

(Steps are automatically calculated for you and are bonus steps in addition to your daily total)

4. If you enter an incorrect step count, email ds@egsc.co.uk with details to get them amended.


Step Conversion Rates

Running = 150 steps per minute

Cycling = 125 steps per minute

HIIT = 110 steps per minute

Land Training = 90 steps per minute

Tennis = 100 steps per minute

Swimming = 140 steps per minute
